Nemesis Divina is the third full-length studio album by the generic black metal band Satyricon.
As with most other Satyricon albums, band member Satyr made up nonsensical claims about the album Nemesis Divina according to which Fenriz of Darkthrone wrote the lyrics and Varg Vikernes of Burzum played bass on the album.
Both musicians denied these claims.
In addition, it was physically impossible for Varg Vikernes to play bass on Nemesis Divina as he was in prison in 1996, when the album was recorded.
