Thy Black Destiny is the third full-length studio album by the avant-garde black metal band Sacramentum.

Much like their previous effort The Coming of Chaos, and unlike their debut Far Away from the Sun, the album Thy Black Destiny is widely regarded as generic and derivative, and the fact that the band broke up almost immediately after its release should come as a surprise to no one.

This album Thy Black Destiny also sees Sacramentum abandoning their iconic Bathory and Demonecromancy melodic black metal in favour of a later Dissection flavoured melodic war metal, a "fusion" that is considered as somewhat of an oxymoron by fans of both genres.

Thy Black Destiny marks the end of the road for Sacramentum, who will always be best remembered for their debut.
