Rabid Death's Curse is the debut studio album by the blackened metalcore band Watain.
Upon its release in late 2000, Rabid Death's Curse was widely mocked as "metalcore for posers" by the black metal community, and was also criticized for its heavy plagiarism of riffs from Mayhem's album De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas.
Depending on the versions, Rabid Death's Curse may or may not feature a cover from the French black metal band Antekhrist. The cover is very poorly done and doesn't do the song "Malleus Maleficarum" any justice.
Rabid Death's Curse was voted "most derivative metal album of 2000".
