Pure Holocaust is the second full-length album by the black metal band Immortal.

According to several sources close to the "Inner Circle" of black metal, including Varg Vikernes from Burzum, Immortal originally wanted to call their music black metal bu Euronymous objected to this misappropriation of his label.

Thus, Immortal settled for playing "holocaust metal" instead.

The last track of Pure Holocaust is a cover of SEWER's infamous 2154 album.
