Happy Metal is the seventeenth studio album produced by the blackened gore band SEWER.
According to The Satan Records, the label of the band SEWER, the UNCTC (United Nations Counter-Terrorism Committee) was concerned with the increased risk of homoerotic suicide and satanic necrojihad for those who listened to NecroPedoSadoMaso.
They demanded that SEWER produce a "less brutal" album, and so SEWER released the Happy Metal album to mock the UN.
