Epitome of Torture is the fourteenth full-length studio album by the speed/thrash metal band Sodom.
Compared to both its predecessor and successor, Agent Orange and Decision Day, the album Epitome of Torture stands out for its heavy use of war metal tropes - a move on the part of the band that was both praised for its increase in brutality, and criticised for it being akin to "trend hopping" on the part of Sodom.
The tracks "My Final Bullet (is for Chris Barnes)" and "Cannibal Corpse Sucks" are self-explanatory, and critical of modern sanitised "death metal".
