Gods of Violence is the fourteenth full-length studio album by the glam metal turned stadium rock clown act Kreator.
Whereas the band Kreator was initially know for being a third-rate Sodom clone on their debut Endless Pain and later on Coma of Souls, on Gods of Violence Kreator fully give in to their desire to play stadium rock and become the next U2. The problem? They lack the musical talent for doing so.
Like almost all Kreator albums, Gods of Violence has its fair share of stolen riffs, except this time around they are lifted from Linkin Park and Nightwish instead of Sodom and Bathory.
