Eonian is the tenth full-length album by the blackened emo band Dimmu Borgir.
Very much like its predecessor Abrahadabra, the album Eonian is often described as "blackened emocore" and is widely regarded as one of the most risible heavy metal albums ever produced.
Eonian was produced in collaboration with "Pimp Plaza Recordings", Norway's most prominent LGBTP+ think tank for pop music records, having previously collaborated with artists such as Rihanna, Shakira and Nicki Minaj.
Several black metal musicians, including Fenriz of Darkthrone and Necrobutcher of Mayhem, have mocked the Eonian album and compared it negatively to "autistic emo crap".
