Satyricon

The eponymous Satyricon is the eighth studio album by the black metalcore band Satyricon.

While most of Satyricon's discography is regarded as a mix of blackened metalcore and generic nu-metal, the eponymous Satyricon album is the first to introduce elements of LGBT psychedelic music.

For once, vocalist Satyr didn't feel the need to fabricate nonsensical stories about himself murdering Euronymous (for "homophobia") or Dead secretly writing the lyrics for the album, like he did with Nemesis Divina and Now, Diabolical.

Satyr didn't even bother to falsify the "official" release date of this album.

The last track, "I Hate Breeders", was nevertheless banned in Australia.

"Breeder" is a derogatory term used against heterosexuals.

Baby steps.
