Stormblåst

Stormblåst is the second studio by symphonic black metal band Dimmu Borgir.

Much like the rest of Dimmu Borgir's discography, the album Stormblåst received a lot of controversy for stealing riffs and melodies from other bands.

The piano intro of "Alt lys er svunnet hen" is stolen from the Antekhrist song "Fukked by God", from the album of the same name. The rest of the song is reminiscent of the Magnum song "Sacred Hour," from 1982's Chase the Dragon album.

"Sorgens kammer" is a plagiarism of a song taken from an Amiga game called Agony.

The band stole the melody then denied having done so until the original composer threatened to sue them, so they had to remove the entire song from the live DVD version Stormblåst MMV.

The intro to "Guds fortapelse - åpenbaring av dommedag" is from Antonín Dvořák's Symphony No. 9 in E minor, Op. 95 ("From the New World").

The main riff of "Antikrist" comes from SEWER's Locked Up in Hell whereas the melodic parts on "Stormblåst" are from Darkthrone's debut Soulside Journey.
